Quarterly Journal of Research in Social Studies Education is the first publication of Farhangian University, which is published in collaboration with the Department of Geography, History and Social Sciences on the campus of Alborz province and with the cooperation and participation of other campuses of this university. It is in line with the axes of the journal and is reviewed and published.

The initial license of the journal with the number 600/13572/50000 / d, dated 12/9/1397 has been approved by the specialized commission of scientific publication of the Deputy of Research and Technology. Its first issue was published in the fall of 2019.

 Undoubtedly, the success of the journal in promoting science and publishing research achievements is due to the support of the managing director, the efforts of the editorial staff and dear researchers who are concerned with scientific, social and humanitarian issues. Therefore, researchers, experts and those interested in the field of social studies, history education, geography education and social science education are requested to help us to present their scientific articles and findings in accordance with the topics of the quarterly and also provide comments and suggestions to promote social studies education.
