Background and Objectives: "Cultural consumption" is a social activity and everyday behavior that is reproduced and fertilized by cultural events in society. Occupation and social stratification are two fundamental variables that affect the cultural consumption of each individual in society, which deepen culture in Iranian society by providing conditions for interaction between events and consumption. Methods: In this study, we first examine the theoretical mechanism of the relationship between occupation and social stratification with cultural consumption, and then, using the results of theoretical studies through the "secondary analysis" method, we examine the statistical data of the "Third Wave of the Survey to Measure the Status of Consumption of Cultural Goods in Iran" to estimate the conditions of Iranian society. The main question of the research is: "What effect have the variables of occupation and social stratification had on cultural consumption, what kind of social interaction exists between these three variables, and what results do the data of the third wave of the cultural survey in the field of books and reading contain in terms of its impact on Iranian society in a secondary analysis, influenced by the interaction between these factors?"
